NSCS Academy Abroad Scholarship $2000

NSCS is proud to present the Academy Abroad Scholarships, which encourage academic excellence through the study abroad experience. We at NSCS encourage all of our members to gain the global exposure and perspective that is so critical to remaining competitive in the modern workforce. We are pleased to offer the Academy Abroad scholarship to our members in order to help defray the cost of the of the Academy Abroad. There will be one $2000 scholarship awarded. Key Dates:

• Application Opens: February 7, 2012
• Application Closes: April 16, 2012
• Notification Date: May 16, 2012

Eligibility

• Must have at least a 3.4 GPA
• Must be an NSCS member in good standing
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in an accredited institution
• Must have applied and been accepted into the one of the Academy Abroad programs

Please Note

• All checks will be disbursed directly to your school
• Essay responses may be used by NSCS for varying purposes
• If selected, necessary information must be received by NSCS within two weeks of notification date or scholarship will be forfeited
• NSCS reserves the right to change any aspect of this scholarship at any time with or without notice
• Also please check with your financial aid office as you may qualify for Pell Grant money to offset expenses
