Scholar Spotlight

Scholar Spotlight highlights outstanding NSCS undergraduate or alumni members who has shown outstanding involvement in their NSCS chapter, and beyond.

One outstanding member is highlighted each month.

The Scholar Spotlight is by invitation only- and is selected by an NSCS staff committee.

Jake Wellman is an outstanding chapter officer and NSCS member at the University of New Mexico. He's the Executive Vice President of his chapter, an NSCS Merit Award scholarship recipient, and recently even won a T-shirt through NSCS’ Scholar Connection Treasure Hunt-- and it's only been his first year with NSCS.
