GEICO Achievement Award

NSCS is pleased to announce the 2011 GEICO Achievement Award program. NSCS and partner GEICO will award a $1,000 scholarship to two outstanding NSCS members.

For over five years, GEICO has offered this program to NSCS members. It's just one of the many ways in which GEICO supports our members.

Eligibility

• Are undergraduates attending an accredited four-year college or university
• Possess sophomore or junior status
• Have achieved at least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Are majoring in business, computer science, mathematics or a related program
• Have demonstrated leadership within their campus or community
• Are an NSCS member in good standing

How to Apply

Step 1 - Download and complete the program application.

Step 2 - Print and include a copy of your resume and unofficial transcript.

Step 3 - Ask a faculty or staff member to write you a letter of recommendation. The letter should be written on official school letterhead, signed and sealed in an envelope.

Step 4 - Write a 600 - 1,200 word essay that answers the question:What have I accomplished academically and in my work or extracurricular activities to deserve a GEICO Achievement Award?

Step 5 - Mail your application materials in one envelope to:
