Colleen Grosch is Midwest born and raised. She grew up in St. Charles, Missouri right outside of St. Louis. Venturing a few hours away from home she attended the University of Kansas where she received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Leadership Studies.
At Kansas, Colleen was involved in a variety of campus organizations and held various student leadership positions which sparked her interest in higher education as well as leadership development. This involvement led to her move out of the Midwest and into the Southeast where she received a Master’s degree in Higher Education from the University of South Carolina. While at South Carolina, Colleen worked in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, served as an Alumnae Advisor for her international sorority, and worked closely with the LeaderShape Institute as a Summer Program Coordinator.
In her position as Manager of Member Engagement, Colleen serves as the point of contact for chapter officers and members at the local level. She also works with both students and the Member Experience team on a number of interesting programs and events including the National Leadership Council, “I Stand for Integrity” Day, March to College Day and more.
Away from the office, Colleen enjoys traveling, visiting her friends all around the country, and spending time with her family whenever she can.
