2009 Integrity Scholarship Recipient - John S. Wanberg

Bio:
I was born Denver, Colorado where I grew up doing every sort of mountain sport.  I attended Cherry Creek High School and then moved on to the University of Colorado at Boulder.  I continue to be an avid participant in climbing, mountain biking, and skiing, and I have always loved being outdoors.  Currently I am a sophomore studying Civil Engineering with the hope that I will eventually be able to work on water systems in third world countries, providing this vital resource for impoverished communities.

Integrity:
To me integrity comes down to honesty and truthfulness in our interactions with one another.  It provides us with the ability to look outside ourselves and care for other people.
